Power of Intention for Weight Loss

The way they eat. How much they exercise. “I’ve been going to the gym 5 times a week and I still can’t make any progress.” “I’ve been eating healthy but my scale doesn’t change.” For the purpose of this message I’m going to focus on the gym. When I go to my gym I see so many people who are flat out just going through the motions. They are wasting their time AND they’re not making any progress. In reality, it looks like they’re there just to be able to say to themselves, “I exercised today.”

Now, if you’re not currently exercising please don’t let this message discourage you. You don’t have to get it right, you just have to get it going. But I want to address why so many people continue to “try” to get in shape but make no progress whatsoever. Here’s the key distinction: INTENTION. See, most people’s intention when they exercise is simply to exercise. “I exercised today.”

Then they’re are those who live life lean.

These people have a different intention altogether. In a word, that intention is this: RESULTS That’s all that matters. RESULTS. It doesn’t matter how long it takes. You simply do what you need to do. You MUST understand that NOTHING is “supposed” to happen, and nothing is going to happen without this type of intention. Next time you exercise, look around and see if you can distinguish the two types of people and the two different intentions. You can see it *instantly.*

When you’re intentions are clear you can exercise in far less time and still stay in spectacular shape. It isn’t due to any special workout per se. It’s due to intention. And bottom line, when we’re talking about exercising, it’s due to INTENSITY. If you REALLY want to begin making progress then you need to be AWARE that you are a CREATOR. A CREATOR. You MAKE things happen.

“I went to work 40 hours this week. My time card says so.”

OK, so what? What are the RESULTS? Achievers don’t care about processes. They don’t care how long something takes. They simply figure out FOR THEMSELVES what NEEDS be done and then they DO IT. And they do it in the quickest and most effective way possible. This is why the top achievers of this world are able to achieve more in 1 hour than most people do in 40. Humans are interesting creatures in the sense that if you tell them that they have 5 hours to complete something, they’ll take 5 hours. However, if you tell them they have 1 hour to complete this exact same project, they’ll complete it in 1 hour.

Once you become fully aware of your intentions then you will SHOCK yourself by the amount of progress you make. NO hype, just TRUTH. We’re not talking about some magic diet or workout. We’re talking about you.
