Important factors that you need to consider if you want rock hard abs.
- A Consistent Plan
- The Ability To Stick To The Plan
If you take these 3 into account, you won’t go wrong. What I mean by a consistent plan is a routine that is solid. You need a routine that you’re going to stick to everyday, so there is no good saying; “Oh man, I’m going to train 4 hours a day”, if you don’t have time to train 4 hours every single day, if you do that’s great! You need to wake up every morning, and you need to add that exercise to your daily routine. It’s kinda like brushing your teeth. You wake up in the morning and you brush your teeth, why? Because it’s routine. It’s not a chore either, it’s personal hygiene. Same with exercise, don’t think of it as a chore, it’s personal health & fitness! You need to wake up in the morning knowing that you have to get your routine workouts done, make it a routine! I can’t stress that enough, make it a routine, make it a routine, got it?!
Lastly have a little patience, you won’t see quick results, but what you will see is rock hard abs after a few months of routine workouts.
